It was a nostalgic journey back to the nineteen-sixties when a few old Antonians, themselves in their fifties and sixties, gathered with their wives at the SPONGE on Sunday 13th March 2011. The occasion was to catch up with three visitors who have long been domiciled in Australia, Ireland and USA.

Aelred Samarakoon from Ireland was Master-in-charge of Rugby and Secretary of the Sports Council from the mid sixties to the early seventies. Lakshman Denepitiya from New York was a Prefect and a member of the Cricket and Athletic teams in the mid sixties. Meri Guneratne from Melbourne was also a Prefect and captained both Cricket and Rugby teams in the late sixties.
