

News Events SACKOBA Parent Body celebrates it Centenary (1911-2011)
St.Anthony’s College, Old Boys Association - Parent Body, is celebrating its centenary year in a grand way with many activities being planned and organized throughout this year which includes publishing a Centenary Souvenir too. The Old Boys Association, which has been a major force in college development, was formed on 26th December 1911. The vision and foresight of the Very Rev.Fr.D. Basil Hyde, O.S.B., a former Old Boy and Principal of the College, to inaugurate the Old Boys' Association of the College, has proved so vital an element for good in the life of the school. The Centenary Ball Dance of Parent body was held at Earl's Regency Hotel Kandy on 12th March after the Big Match, played at Katugastota.
